BOTH EARLY IN THE YEAR, AND AGAIN LATE IN THE YEAR. A THREE-INCH SNOWFALL
IN JANUARY CAUSED SLIGHT PROBLEMS; WHILE SEVERAL FREEZING RAIN AND SNOW
EVENTS IN LATE NOVEMBER AND DECEMBER CAUSED MORE SIGNIFICANT PROBLEMS. WHILE
IMPACTS IN THE IMMEDIATE
TO THE WEST, A NUMBER OF TRAFFIC ACCIDENTS AND POWER OUTAGES WERE ATTRIBUTED
TO THE WINTRY WEATHER.
